Specifically when it comes to events for companies and organizations, it can help to have a little bit of tasteful branding in the Toucan space. This is easily done by setting a cover image to be displayed in the event space.
Start by creating an event
Input all the necessary information: name, date, and time.
Go to the second step, “Personalize”. There, you’ll see a section called “Cover image.” You have a couple of options here.
Select Cover Image
You can choose to set a work, a social, or your own custom cover image. We recommend that you upload a PNG, JPG, or GIF file with dimensions 1200 x 425px.
Choose whether you want to display the cover image in the Event Info panel
The cover image will automatically be displayed at the top of the page displaying all the event details. Your attendees will see this page before they jump into your event.
You have the choice, however, to display the cover image in the event. Attendees will see this when they open up the “Event Info” panel by clicking the button in the bottom left corner of the event screen.
If you choose to display the cover image in the event information panel, it’ll look like this:
